Nestled in the peaceful forests near Golden, BC, this place will make all your glamping dreams come true! Camp Moose Trail is a glamping spot and easily one of the most unique places to stay in Canadian Rockies. Not sure what glamping is? It’s basically a glamorous camping with more comfort and amentities and a perfect way to connect with nature while keeping some of the comforts of regular lodging. What we loved about Camp Moose Trail the most was the atmosphere when everyone hangs out around the fire in the evenings and you meet other campers and their dogs!

» Hot tub & sauna
» Outdoor pizza oven & firepit

Things to know before visiting
While only short drive from the town of Golden, there are no services in walking distance from a camp, so make sure to bring enough food (don’t forget a frozen pizza for the woodfire oven!), swimsuit and bug spray/repellent device if visiting in summer. You can store the food safely as bear proof bins are available. There is no Wi-Fi and poor service, so get ready to disconnect to reconnect! And if you’re up for an amazing off the beaten path hike close to Camp Moose Trail, see our guide for Mummery Glacier trail.
